Carly appears briefly in Vampire Academy, and is mentioned twice: once when Rose is describing Camille Conta and Carly as 'power players', the other time being when Lissa tells Natalie that she and Camille are going to bleach Carly's hair. Little is known about her, except that she is a popular royal at St. Vladimir's Academy.
