Dominic "Dom" Sherwood (born. 6 February 1990) is an English actor and a model. He is portraying Christian Ozera in the Vampire Academy Series. And has recently broken off a three year relationship with co-star Sarah Hyland, who portrays, Natalie Dashkov, in the series.

Dominic was born in Kent, South East England. He attended school at Oakwood Park Grammar that is located in Maidstone. He studied mostly in Drama and Theater Studies at his school in Maidstone, he eventually began to study abroad in Kenya he only moved to Kenya for six months before returning to England. After he returned from Kenya, he began working in several stage projects before signing with an agency which allowed him to get into the television and filming industry.
In 2010, Dominic had his first recurring role in the television series called The Cut in the third season where he portrayed the character, Jack Simmons. In 2011, he made an appearance on an episode of the television show, Sardie J. In 2012, he made an appearance in the film Stoned as portraying young Mick Jagger.
In 2013, he was named in portraying Christian Ozera in the film adaption of the Vampire Academy Film Series.
Dominic is also known for his music as he is a talented singer and guitar player. Dominic has heterochromia as he one eye that is ice blue and the other is half blue and half brown.
In 2016, Dominic Sherwood is now playing Jace Herondale on the new TV show Shadowhunters, originated from The Mortal Instruments, by Cassandra Clare, that has now begun filming it's third season.
